How to Consign with Buy South Dallas
Looking to consign your items with Buy South Dallas? Here’s how it works:
Consignment Terms
- Revenue Split: When your item sells, you’ll receive 70% of the sale price, and Buy South Dallas retains 30% as a commission.
- Consignment Period: Items will be held for 90 days.
- Unsold Items: If your item does not sell within the 90-day period, it will be returned to you (the consignor) within 5 days after the consignment period ends.
Getting Started
- Submit Your Items:Â Contact us or visit in person to submit items for consignment. All items must be clean, gently used, and in sellable condition.
- Review & Approval: We’ll evaluate your items for suitability based on current demand and condition.
- Agreement: Once accepted, you’ll sign a consignment agreement outlining the 70/30 split and 90-day term.
- Sales & Payouts: If your item sells, you’ll be notified and receive your 70% payout. Payouts are issued within a reasonable processing time.
- Returns:Â For unsold items, we will coordinate return pickup or shipment within 5 days after the consignment period ends.
